Dev Log 1
- Added Energy Bar & Timer UI - Both are anchored to the bottom right corner of the screen, so the game is able to run at any resolution
- Created Game Icon v1 - A very quickly drawn sleeping frog head made in Krita - may iterate on further or replace entirely as project advances
- Wall Jumping - A spur-of-the-moment idea (I will not let the feature creep get to me), but I added a second check to the player movement to allow for wall jumping, which takes double the energy of regular jumping (2 instead of 1) with the benefit of allowing the player to scale walls.
- Started work on energy (coffee) collectables - They're not close to a working state, and I haven't began work on any models yet, but I'm working towards them now
- Level Design - I have began the process of creating the game's level design. I will likely go for something similar to frogger, with the player crossing roads, rivers, and given this is a 3D game (and the addition of wall jumping), walls.
